What does the atmospheric pollution control system include
The atmospheric pollution system comprises three components: pollution sources, the atmosphere, and receptors.
The various factors or sources of pollutants that contribute to atmospheric pollution are referred to as pollution sources. Source control refers to various technical measures and methods adopted to prevent pollutants from entering the atmosphere from these sources. Examples include the use of gas purification devices, the adoption of clean fuels, and improvements in operational processes.
After pollutants are emitted into the atmosphere, they are diluted, diffused, and transported by the atmosphere. During this process, the pollutants undergo physical and chemical changes in the atmosphere. When the atmosphere is polluted, certain animals and plants can respond sensitively, and this can also be detected by instruments. Based on the reactions and sensibilities of these receptors, pollution sources can be controlled through legislation or public pressure, thereby mitigating atmospheric pollution.
Those who violate regulations by refusing to accept supervision and inspection by the ecological environment authorities and their environmental law enforcement agencies, or other departments responsible for the supervision and management of atmospheric environmental protection, through means such as refusing to enter the site, or who engage in fraud during supervision and inspection, shall be ordered to make corrections and fined between 20,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan by the people's ecological environment authorities at or above the county level, or other departments responsible for the supervision and management of atmospheric environmental protection. If such actions constitute a violation of public security administration, the public security organs shall impose penalties in accordance with the law.
